  • 7am – Cold Press Juice & Herbal Tea
  • 7:30am – 9:00 am Life-Coaching & Yoga (90 min)
  • 9am – Gourmet Breakfast
  • 10am – 1pm  – Free time for Relaxation, Tennis Lessons,  Massages, Lounging by the Pool, Exploring, Golfing, Diving, etc.  Time beautiful island of Anguilla.
  • 1pm – Gourmet Lunch
  • 2pm – 5pm – Free Time / Workshops / Cooking Classes
  • 5pm – Sunset Restorative Yoga Session (60 min)
  • 6pm – Group Dinners

The schedule may change according to weather or other events that may be added to your wellness package. Do you need to participate in everything? We are here to provide many options for you to choose from. If you opt to relax by the pool the entire day or choose to participate in only one activity per day, you will be supported in that decision.
